摘要
影响科技创新的社会心理因素,有从众心理、服从心理、合作心理和竞争心理等。分析社会心理对科技创新发展的阻碍作用与推动作用,使人们更好地了解对社会心理研究的重要性,从而放大社会心理对科技创新的积极作用,克服社会心理对科技创新的消极影响,使社会心理与科技创新和谐发展。
Many kinds of social psychology could affect scientific innovation, including psychology of conformity, psychology of obedience, psychology of cooperation, psychology of competition and so on. Thus, an a- nalysis on the function of promotion and inhibition of social psychology in scientific innovation may help people real- ize the importance of social psychological study, develop the positive sides and eliminate the negative effects so as to develop a harmonious relationship between social psychology and scientific innovation.
