摘要
向阀控式铅酸(VRLA)电池负极板中添加炭黑与石墨,并组装单板电池,研究碳材料对电池充电性能、容量及高倍率部分荷电态(HRPSoC)循环性能的影响。负极板中含适量的碳材料,可改善充电性能,提高容量,提高电池的HRPSoC循环性能。当负极板含1%炭黑或含3%石墨时,电池的HRPSoC循环寿命可达10 000次以上。
Carbon black and graphite were added into the negative plates of valve-regulated lead-acid(VRLA) battery and the battery with one negative plate and two positive plates was assembled. The effects of carbon material on charge performance, capacity and cycle performance under high rate partial state of charge(HRPSoC) of battery were studied. The appropriate amount of carbon material in negative plate was beneficial to improve charge performance, capacity and cycle performance under HRPSoC of battery. The cycle life of battery with negative plate containig 1% carbon black or 3% graphite reached over l00OO times under HRPSoC.
