Female patients can benefit more from the cardiac resynchronization therapy
摘要
心脏再同步治疗（CRT）是治疗慢性心力衰竭（心衰）的有效方法，目前已在临床上推广应用。近年来CRT的植入量在欧、美各国均以持续的态势突飞猛进地递增，2011年欧洲的CRT植入率已达1．4％，美国的CRT／心脏再同步治疗除颤器（CRT-D）的年植入量〉10万台。随着对CRT应用的普及和认知的加深，人们对CRT的疗效也得到更全面及深入地了解。近年研究发现，合理选择患者可有效降低CRT的无应答，从而达到优化治疗的目的。
