女性患者能从心脏再同步治疗中更多获益吗 被引量:1

Female patients can benefit more from the cardiac resynchronization therapy

摘要 心脏再同步治疗(CRT)是治疗慢性心力衰竭(心衰)的有效方法,目前已在临床上推广应用。近年来CRT的植入量在欧、美各国均以持续的态势突飞猛进地递增,2011年欧洲的CRT植入率已达1.4%,美国的CRT/心脏再同步治疗除颤器(CRT-D)的年植入量〉10万台。随着对CRT应用的普及和认知的加深,人们对CRT的疗效也得到更全面及深入地了解。近年研究发现,合理选择患者可有效降低CRT的无应答,从而达到优化治疗的目的。
