颗粒增强金属基复合材料的超声振动磨削放电加工研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对含有颗粒增强相的难加工复合材料,提出了一种超声振动磨削放电加工方法。以SiCP/Al复合材料为例,简述了超声振动磨削放电加工的原理,分析了超声振动磨削放电加工的材料蚀除过程,探讨了超声振动对加工过程的影响机理。通过SiCP/Al复合材料加工试验,比较超声振动磨削放电加工与普通放电加工的优劣。结果表明,针对颗粒增强金属基复合材料,超声振动磨削放电加工方法优于普通放电加工的结论。 A new method for machining PRMMCs using the combination process of ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding with EDM was put forward. Taking SiCp/Al for example, the principle of ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding with EDM was reviewed, the material removal in the process of ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding with EDM was analyzed. The influence of ultrasonic vibration on machining process mechanism was investigated. By SiCp/Al composite processing, the advantages and disadvantages of ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding with EDM and ordinary EDM was compared, and a conclusion is drawn, which is that for PRMMCs, the ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding with EDM is better than that of ordinary EDM.
