Al-Cu-Li合金电子束焊接接头的显微组织与力学性能

摘要 对厚度为2.5 mm的Al-Cu-Li合金板进行真空电子束焊接,并对获得接头的微观组织及力学性能进行了系统研究。金相组织分析显示,接头从熔合线附近到焊缝中心的微观组织结构依次为等轴细晶粒区、柱状晶和等轴晶;力学性能测试结果表明,与母材本身相比,接头焊缝的显微硬度值有所降低,在焊态下焊接接头的强度系数约为0.7;接头拉伸断口扫描观察显示,断口表面分布着大量细小的韧窝,呈明显韧性断裂特征。 The Al- Cu- Li alloy with 2.5mm thickness was welded by electron beam welding,and the microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints were systematically investigated.The microstructure analysis of welded joint indicates that the joint can be divided into fine equiaxed grains zone,columnar grains zone and equiaxed grains zone from fusion zone to the center of weld,respectively.Results of mechanical properties tests show that the microhardness of weld metal decreases to a certain extent,compared to that of base metal.The tensile strength coefficient of as- welded joint is about 0.7.SEM image of tensile fracture appearance demonstrates that there are a large number of small dimples distributed on the fracture appearance,and the joint obviously presents the characteristic of ductile fracture.
