摘要
目的观察对吸痰引流连接管清洗消毒的效果,为选择最佳的清洗消毒方法提供依据。方法随机抽取2013年12月使用后的吸痰引流连接管共15根,做好标记,参与试验;将15根连接管做好标记,以清洗消毒前、后配对比较;对参与试验的连接管进行预处理,再进行清洗消毒;采用ATP生物荧光测定法检验清洗消毒效果;采用SPSS16.0软件进行统计分析。结果吸痰引流连接管用后污染严重,RLU值严重超标,达103 055.70±8 447.73,经本试验的预处理及清洗消毒后,检测结果全部合格,RLU值均<2 000,为16.6±4.08,清洗消毒前后两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用泡沫多酶预先处理+流动水高压水枪冲洗污渍+使用喷淋式清洗消毒机的效果满意,能达到理想化水平。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of cleaning and disinfection of sputum suction connection pipes so as to choose an optimal cleaning and disinfection method .METHODS Totally 15 sputum suction connection pipes were randomly extracted in Dec 2012 ,the pipes were marked to participate the experiment ;15 connection pipes were marked ,paired comparison was performed before and after the cleaning and disinfection ,the enrolled connection tubes were pre-treated and then cleaned and disinfected ,the cleaning and disinfection effect was determined by u-sing ATP bioluminescence assay , and the statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS16 .0 software . RESULTS The used sputum suction connection pipes were seriously contaminated ,the RLU value seriously excee-ded the standard range ,reaching up to 103 055 .70 ± 8 447 .73 ,all the pipes were qualified after the pre-treatment , cleaning ,and disinfection ,with the RLU value less than 2000 ,16 .6 ± 4 .08 ,and there was significant difference between the two groups before and after the cleaning and disinfection .CONCLUSION The pre-treatment with foam multi-enzyme plus rinsing stains with water flowing water cannons plus spraying cleaning and disinfection ma-chines can achieve satisfactory effect .
