摘要
对桉木浆ECF漂白的最末端P段和D1段进行对比试验,其中对漂后纸张的物理性能、纤维形态以及纸浆的基本性能进行了检测。实验得出:P段能使纸浆白度和kappa值达到88.36%和1.8,漂白效果更好;在成纸强度方面,P段虽使漂白浆易打浆,但强度损失程度要高于D1段;在纤维形态和黏度方面,P段的漂白效果要比D1段(D1段指的是ClO2增白段)略差;P段和D1段使桉木浆获得的羧基含量分别为46.17 mmol·kg-1和44.66 mmol·kg-1,但D1段的下降程度更大;从化学成分来看,P段对桉木浆的处理效果更好。
The contrast between D1 and P bleaching stages were processed which were used as the least significant end of ECF bleaching sequence for Eucalyptus pulp. Physical properties, fiber morphology and fundamental characteristics were test in the experiment. The results showed that after P stage the whiteness and kappa number was 88.36% and 1.8 respectively, so the bleaching effect of P stage was better than D1 stage. And in the terms of paper strength P stage made the beating of bleaching pulp more easily while the strength loss of P stage was bigger. In the meantime, the bleaching effect of D1 stage was superior to P stage in fiber morphology and viscosity. After P stage and D1 stage, the carboxyl group content of pulp was 46.17 mmol·kg ^-1 and 44.66 mmol·kg^-1, respectively, which were both inferior to 47.42 mmol·kg^-1, but the falling degree was bigger in the D1 stage. From the point of chemical composition, the treatment effect of P stage was better than P stage.
