以铕离子掺杂的类普鲁士蓝膜修饰铂电极作为工作电极,建立了用毛细管电泳-安培法测定甲醛次硫酸氢钠的方法。对一些影响测定的因素进行了优化。在优化的检测电位、电泳运行液的浓度及酸度、进样高压、进样时间等实验条件下,甲醛次硫酸氢钠的质量浓度约在7.5×10^-2-7.5 mg/mL的范围内与其峰电流值呈良好的线性关系(R=0.9986),定量限为10μg/mL(S/N=10),平均加标回收率在98.7%-100.4%之间。方法可用于对食品面粉中添加的甲醛次硫酸氢钠进行质控检测。
Capillary eleetrophoresis coupled with an amperometric detector has been established for the determination of sodium Formaldehyde sulfoxylate. A platinum electrode modified by Eu-doped Prussian blue analogue film (Eu-PBAs) was used as the working electrodes. The several factors, such as detection potential, concentration and acidity of running buffer, injection voltage and injection time were optimized. Under the optimized conditions, the response current of the electrophoresis peak was in proportion to sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate concentration over the range of 7.5 ×10^-2-7.5 mg/mL (R =0. 9986). The quantification limit was 10 μg/mL (S/N = 10 ) and the average recoveries were between 98.7% and 100. 4%. The method that provided with some advantages such as less pretreatment step and low cost for directly measuring sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate has been applied successfully to finding the toxic food additives for quality control in the food flour samples.
