摘要
目的观察面瘫Ⅰ号方配合康复训练治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法选取2011年12月—2013年12月山东省交通医院就诊的周围性面瘫患者102例,随机分为治疗组(51例)和对照组(51例)。对照组患者进行康复训练,20 min/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服面瘫Ⅰ号方,100 mL/次,早、晚2次服用。两组均持续治疗3周。观察两组的临床疗效,同时比较瞬目反射R1波潜伏期和面神经电图复合动作电位波幅损失百分比治疗前后的变化。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为92.16%、84.31%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的瞬目反射R1波潜伏期均较治疗前明显缩短,同组治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的R1波潜伏期明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组支配眼轮匝肌、鼻肌以及口轮匝肌的神经波幅损失百分比较治疗前明显下降,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组支配眼轮匝肌和鼻肌的波幅损失百分比较治疗前明显下降,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组鼻肌、口轮匝肌的神经波幅损失百分比明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论面瘫Ⅰ号方联合康复训练治疗周围性面瘫有较好的临床疗效,可有效改善面神经功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Miantan No.1 Prescription combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods The patients (102 cases) with peripheral facial paralysis in Shandong Jiaotong Hospital from December 2011 to December 2013 were randomly divided into treatment (51 cases) and control (51 cases) groups. The patients in the control group were accepted rehabilitation training, 20 min/time, twice daily; The patients in the treatment group were given Miantan No. 1 Prescription, 100 mL/time, twice in the morning and at night daily. All the patients were treated continuously for 3 weeks. The total clinical efficacy was observed, including the changes of blink reflex R1 wave incubation period and loss percentage of facial nerve compound action potential amplitude power before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rates of the patients in the treatment and control groups were 92.16% and 84.31%, respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). After the treatment, blink reflex R1 wave incubation period was shorter than that before the treatment in the two groups, and the differences was statically significant in the same group before and after treatment (P 〈 0.05). After the treatment, the nerveamplitude loss percentage of orbicularis oculi muscle, nose and mouth muscle in the treatment group was significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant before and after the treatment (P 〈 0.05).
