摘要
2011年夏初对海南岛近岸海域浮游植物及其水质环境进行了调查,结果显示,海南岛近岸海域浮游植物75属178种(含变种及变型),硅藻占有绝对优势,种类数最多为角毛藻属;群落以暖水沿岸型和暖水外洋种类型为主,细胞丰度范围为(3.00~7916.92)×10~4/m^3,平均值为(834.32×10~4)/m^3,呈现出由近岸海域往外海逐渐递减,由东北部往西南部逆时针减少变化趋势;夏季初期浮游植物细胞丰度分布主要受到N、P比例的影响,浮游植物丰度与温度、盐度、Si、N、P含量没有明显的相关性,从N、P的比例来看,海南岛近岸海域表现出明显的N限制。
Investigation of the phytoplankton and it's water quality environment in the coastal waters of Hainan island in the early summer were carried out.The results showed that the Phytoplankton have75 genera and 178 species(including varieties and forms),for the most of the species were distributed was Chaetoceros and the absolute advantage was the Diatoms.The main community types were the coast warm waters classification and the warm waters classification.The average value of the cell abundance was(834.32×10^4)·m^-3,when it was range(3~7916.92)×10^4·m^-3.And showed a trend decreases gradually from the coastal to offshore and from northeast to southwest counterclockwise.The distribution of the phytoplankton cell abundance in the early summer was mainly affected by the ratio of N and P,the Phytoplankton abundance has no significantly correlation with temperature,salinity,Si and the content of N and P.The Phytoplankton abundance in the coastal waters of Hainan Island showed the N limit from the point of view with the ratio of N and P.
