摘要
在环渤海地区经济飞速发展的同时,渤海的生态环境也不断地受到威胁,为了深入了解渤海海洋生态状况,有必要对其进行综合评价。首先建立了海洋环境评价的指标体系,并运用层次分析法确定各指标的权重;进一步收集了渤海相关统计数据,采用了基于唯物辩证法对立统一与质量互变定理的可变模糊评价方法进行综合评价;最后渤海海洋环境的评价值计算为3.046,表明渤海海洋环境等级介于中和良之间,并且更偏向中级。研究结果为政府管理部门在制定渤海海洋环境保护的相关政策提供了定量参考的依据。
Bohai is confronted with serious threaten with the rapid development.To better understand status of the ocean ecological environment of Bohai Sea,it is necessary to assess it.A new variable fuzzy evaluation method was applied to assess Bohai ecological environment.First ocean environment indicator system,which was combined with quantitative data,was established to assess ocean environment and ecological status.The assessment was based on the theory of opposite unity and law of quantity-quality exchange law.The evaluating value is 3.046,which shows the level of the Bohai ecological environment between good and middling,and much closer to middling.The result may provide reference for government administrators to make marine environmental protection policy of Bohai.
