新型单桥配合物[Co_2(ABTC)(Phen)_2(H_2O)_6]·2H_2O的合成及晶体结构 被引量:1

摘要 以3,3',4,4'-偶氮苯四羧酸(ABTC)和1,10-菲罗啉(Phen)为配体,采用常规溶剂挥发法合成了新颖单桥配合物[Co2(ABTC)(Phen)2(H2O)6]·2H2O(1),经过X-射线单晶衍射和元素分析对其晶体结构进行表征.1属单斜晶系,空间群C12/c1(15),其晶胞参数:a=2.189 3(7)nm,b=0.801 3(3)nm,c=2.603 8(8)nm;α=90.00(°),β=108.369(5)(°),γ=90.00(°);V=4.335 06(762)nm3,Z=22,Dc=1.036 21g/cm3,F(000)=140 1,GOF=1.052,R1=0.097 6,WR2=0.128 8.1中的Co(Ⅱ)与ABTC中的一个羧基氧原子、三个水氧原子、啡啰啉的两个氮原子配位形成了六配位的八面体几何构型桥连配合物.通过两个游离的水分子和配位水分子之间的氢键作用,堆积成了三维超分子结构. The novel dinuclear coordination complex ECo2 (ABTC) ( Phen)2 ( H2 O))6 ] · 2 H2O was synthesized based on ligand 3, 3 ', 4, 4'-azobenzene-4-carboxylic acid (ABTC) ,Phen by solvent evaporation method. The structure was characterized by elemental analysis and X-ray single crystal diffracation. The complex belongs to Monoclinie, space group C12/c1(15) with a=2. 189 3(7) nm,b=0. 801 3(3) nm, c=2. 603 8(8) nm; a=90.00°, β=108. 369(5)°, γ=90.00°; V=4. 335 06(762) nma , Z=22, Dc=1.036 21 g/cm3, F(000)=1401, GOF=1.052, R1=0.097 6, WR2=0.128 8. Co(II) is six-coordinated with oetahedral coordination geometry by one O atoms from ABTC, three O atoms from three coordinated water molecules and two N atoms from Phen. The Co ( II ) is bridged by the ABTC ligand. The 3-D supramolecular structure is builded through the hy- drogen bonding from two free water molecules and the coordinated water molecules.
