摘要
目的:探讨复方斑蝥胶囊治疗原发性肝癌的有效性、安全性及经济性。方法:选择2010年1月至2014年1月在我院住院治疗的原发性肝癌患者136例,根据数字表随机分为观察组和对照组各68例。两组患者均采用FAP化疗方案,观察组在化疗期间同时给予复方斑蝥胶囊口服。观察并比较两组患者的近期临床疗效及生活质量改善情况、毒副反应及成本-效果比。结果:观察组的进展率为8.8%,明显低于对照组的35.3%(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量改善率为82.4%,明显高于对照组的61.8%(P<0.05)。观察组发生骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应、神经毒性、总胆红素升高、血清肌酐水平升高等毒副反应的例数均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组用药的成本-效果比为77.1,对照组用药的成本-效果比为80.8。结论:在原发性肝癌化疗期间辅助应用复方斑蝥胶囊可以提高疗效,且毒副反应少,更安全、经济。
OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the efficacy,safety and cost-effectiveness of Compound cantharis capsules for treatment of primary liver cancer. METHODS：136 patients with primary liver cancer hospitalized in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 68 cases each. The control group was treated with FAP chemotherapy alone while the observation group received add-on Compound cantharidin capsule orally. The short-term efficacy,improvement in quality of life,toxicities and cost-effectiveness were observed and compared between two groups. RESULTS：The progression rate in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group（8.8% vs. 35.3%,P0.05）. The rate of improvement in quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group（82.4% vs. 61.8%,P0.05）. The patients presenting with toxic side effects such as bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reactions,neurotoxicity,elevation of both total bilirubin and serum creatinine levels were significantly less in the observation group than in the control group（P0.05）. The cost-effectiveness ratio in the observation group was 77.1,as against 80.8 in the control group. CONCLUSIONS：Addition of Compound cantharis capsules with chemotherapy for primary liver cancer resulted in improved efficacy and less toxicity,which is safe and economical.
