月球模拟器光学系统设计

摘要 针对传统的月球模拟器的辐照特性差、体型巨大、成本较高等缺点,本文应用液晶光阀技术设计了一种新型的月球模拟器,并重点对月球模拟器光学系统进行了研究。选用LCOS芯片作为模拟光源的调节器件,采用偏振分光棱镜将照明光源发出的光变为偏振光,通过控制系统对LCOS芯片的控制,利用LCOS芯片的反射特性对偏振光进行调节,实现了不同有效通光孔径的模拟,通过光学系统对LCOS反射光进行优化,将出射光调制成像质不失真的月相,可以模拟不同的月相及辐射特性。相对传统月球模拟器,采用LCOS器件的月球模拟器有效的提高了控制精度与模拟能力、减小了模拟器体积。仿真结果表明:设计的月球模拟器光学系统可以满足设计要求,并且亮度不均匀性好。 For the traditional lunar simulator irradiance characteristics of poor,huge size,high cost and other shortcomings,in this paper a new lunar simulator with liquid crystal light valve technology is designed and focusing on the moon simulator optical system is researched. LCOS chip is selected as adjusting means for analog light source,the light passes through a polarization splitting prism and becomes polarized light. The reflection characteristic of the polarization LCOS chip is adjusted to achieve a different effective aperture by the control system of the LCOS chip. An optical system is optimized for LCOS reflective light and then the modulation imaging quality of emitted light is undistorted,the different phase and radiation characteristics can be simulated. Compared with the traditional lunar simulator,the control accuracy and simulation capabilities is improved by using LCOS devices lunar simulator effectively,the volume of the simulator is reduced. Simulation results show that:the design of the lunar simulator meet the requirements of the optical system and brightness uniformity is good.
