107例老年全髋关节置换术后肺部感染因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着中国人口的老龄化,老年股骨颈骨折和髋关节骨关节炎的发病率明显增高[1,2]。临床一般施行髋关节成形置换术,而有效预防手术后出现肺部感染现已成为老年患者髋关节置换术成功与否的关键。
