摘要
为促进我国煤矿安全管理,运用前因-行为-后果(ABC)分析法分析矿工不安全行为。采用自行编制的ABC问卷,现场采集矿工作业行为信息,并根据数据分析结果,提出煤矿行为安全(BBS)管理对策。在王庄煤矿采用成立ABC观察小组、进行现场BBS观察、沟通和进行安全管理改进、作业现场优化等手段,实施为期1 a的BBS管理。结果表明,"三违"率和人为隐患均下降10%以上,工伤率下降20%以上,设备维修率下降13%以上,安全行为控制改进程度提高10%以上。
In order to facilite coal mine safety management in China, kinds of coal mine workers unsafe behavior were analyzed by using ABC method. With ABC questionnaire compiled the authers, information on miners work behavior was collected. According to the result of data analysis , BBS-based coal mine safety management countermeasures were put forward. BBS-based management was carried out in Wangzhuang coal mine for one year. The results show that both the rate of ＂three violations＂ and rate of human risks decrease by more than 10% , the rate of mine workers injury decreases by more than 20% , the rate of equipment maintenance decreases by more than 13%, the rate of safety behavior control decreases by more than 10%.
