摘要
目的评价加味凉血五根汤治疗过敏性紫癜临床疗效。方法将86例患者随机分为两组,两组均口服氯雷他定、西咪替丁、双嘧达莫等,治疗组同时口服加味凉血五根汤,观察期2周。连续治疗2周后判定疗效。结果治疗组与对照组有效率分别为91.30%和75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味凉血五根汤治疗过敏性紫癜临床疗效确切,值得临床选用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Jiaweiliangxuewugen decoction in treating allergic purpura. Methods Total 86 patients were randomly divided into two groups, both of them took oral loratadine, cimetidine, dipyridamole, while the treatment group received Jiaweiliangxuewugen decoction in the meantime. After 2 weeks of continuous treatment, the curative effect were evaluated. Results The efficiency of the treatment group and control group were 91.30% and 75.00% with the significant statistical difference （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Jiaweiliangxuewugen decoction has exact therapeutic effect in the treatment of allergic purpura and is worthy of clinical use.
