摘要
借助非接触式三维粗糙度轮廓光学分析仪,对实型消失模聚苯乙烯(EPS)泡沫产品模型外表面、涂料层壳体内表面和铸铁件产品外表面3者之间的对应几何区域进行了三维形貌和表面粗糙度的对比性采样、检测和分析,探索了涂料的常温接触角和金属液的高温接触角对消失模铸铁件表面粗糙度可能产生的影响。采样的评定长度为14.623mm,采样的评定面积为1.703 1cm2,铸铁材质物体表面的轮廓起伏界定值Lc(cut of wavelength)设置为800μm。检测数据表明,三者的线粗糙度Ra的平均值依次为10.717 1、5.846 3和5.923 5μm;三者的面粗糙度Sa的平均值依次为17.500 4、9.476和10.139 8μm。发现涂料层壳体内表面与铸件对应部位外表面的粗糙度表征物理量更加接近,即涂料层壳体内表面的三维形貌是直接影响消失模铸铁件表面粗糙度数值大小的主要因素。
The comparison sampling, measurement and analysis of full mold lost foam EPS products pat- tern outer surface, inner surface of coating layer shell and outer surface of cast iron products were pro cessed with the help of non-contact 3D roughness profile optical analyzer. Evaluation length for sampling was set to 14. 623 ram, and assessment area for sampling was set to 1. 703 1 cm2 , and cast iron surface profile roughness critical value Lc (cut of wavelength) was set to 800/2m. Measurement data shows that the average line roughness value Ra reaches 10. 717 1 μm, 5. 846 3 μm and 5. 923 5 μm , respectively, and the average surface roughness value Sa reaches 17. 500 4 μm, 9. 476 μm and 10. 139 8 , respectively. The inner surface roughness physical characterization of the coating layer shell is more relative with full mold lost foam casting, which may directly affect the surface roughness values. The effects influence of coating room temperature contact angle and liquid metal high-temperature contact angle on EPC casting surface roughness were analyzed.
