热变形过程中TC4钛合金摩擦因数的确定

摘要 通过对TC4钛合金进行圆环墩粗实验和高温变形的有限元数值模拟,推导出钛合金高温变形过程中的摩擦因数。结果表明,玻璃润滑和干摩擦两种条件下,TC4钛合金在940℃变形时的摩擦因数分别为0.42和0.59。 The circle pier coarse experiment of the titanium alloy TC4 and the finite element simulation on high temperature deformation were carried out, and the friction factor of the alloy during the thermal deformation was derived. The results show that the friction factors of the titanium alloy TC4 during deformation at 940 ℃ under the condition of glass lubrication and dry friction are 0.42 and 0.59 respectively.
