摘要
采用四元二次正交旋转组合设计,以行距(X_1)、施氮量(X_2)、施磷量(X_2)和施钾量(X_4)4个因素为控制变量进行田间试验,研究其对菊苣种子千粒重和种子产量的影响,分别建立了其与试验因子的回归模型。对模型解析可得,各因素对千粒重影响大小为氮肥(X_2)>钾肥(X_4)>磷肥(X_2)>行距(X_1);对种子产量影响大小为X_1(行距)>X_2(氮肥)>X_3(磷肥)>X_4(钾肥)。通过模拟寻优,分别找到菊苣种子千粒重和种子产量的最佳栽培方案。经过综合分析,得到菊苣种子丰产栽培最佳方案为行距55~60 cm,施氮量90~120 kg·hm^(-1),施磷量65~75kg·hm^(-2),施钾量65~75 kg·hm^(-2)。
An orthogonal quadratic regression rotation combinatorial design with 4 factors,row spacing (X1),nitrogen (X2),phosphor (X3) and potassium (X4),was adopted in field experiments.Regression models were created and analyzed for 1000 grain weight and seed yield per ha,respectively.The results show that the effects of four factors on 1000 grain weight are ordered as X2 〉X4 〉X3 〉X1 and on seed yield per ha are X1 〉X2 〉X3 〉X4.Based on the regression models of 1000 grain weight and seed yield per ha,the optimum fertilization rate is found.Comprehensive analyses indicate that the preferred cultivation technique of chicory is the row spacing of 55~60 cm,N 90~120 kg · hm-2,p 65~75 kg · hm-2,K 65~ 75 kg · hm-2.
