摘要
目的:观察归脾汤加减内服治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法:本试验采用随机对照临床研究。其中治疗组及对照组各42例。治疗组采用归脾汤加减内服治疗;对照组采用钙剂、维生素C、抗阻胺制剂联合治疗方案。两组疗程均为一个月。结果:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)结论:归脾汤加减内服是治疗过敏性紫癜的优选方案;副作用少,有较好的治疗效果。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of ingredient-altered Guipi decoction on allergic purpura.Methods： Thisexperiment adopted randomized controlled clinical studies.dividing a treatment group and a control group （n = 42） . Patients in thetreatment group were given oral ingredient-altered Guipi decoction; while patients in the control group given calcium, vitamin C, andresistance amine preparations. One month as a course .Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of thecontrol group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Ingredient-altered Guipi decoction is the preferred method in the treatment of allergic purpura with lessside effects but good therapeutic effects.
