摘要 糖基化变更是癌细胞的普遍特征。某些类型的聚糖结构被公认为是肿瘤发展的标志物,但现有分子常不能满足肿瘤早期诊断、预后和转移判断的迫切需求。近年来,糖类抗原(CA)及其相关分子在肿瘤诊断中的研究取得很多进展。因此应根据现有研究基础建立新的CA及其相关分子的肿瘤标志物及多参数联合检测方法,使之更好地服务于临床诊断。 Glycosylation changes are the common characteristics of cancer cells. Some types of glycan structures are recognized as the markers of tumor development,but the current molecules cannot regularly meet the pressing needs of tumor early diagnosis,prognosis and metastasis judgment. In recent years,a remarkable progress has been made in the yield of carbohydrate antigens( CA) and their relative molecules in tumor diagnosis. In order to serve the clinical needs better,new tumor markers of CA and their relative molecules,together with multi-parameter analysis,should be established.
