摘要
飞来峡水库是河道型水库,为研究动库容对防洪调度的影响,以洪峰流量10000m^3/s以上的8场洪水为基础,利用水量平衡方法计算每米水位间的动库容差,从而得到库容有效系数,建立库容有效系数与坝前水位之间的函数关系式。根据函数关系式,对典型年洪水进行分析,计算不同年型不同频率洪水的最高坝前水位。结果显示,库容有效系数随着库水位的上升而增大,典型年洪水动库容调洪演算的坝前水位均高于静库容调洪演算的水位,差值在1.66~2.20m之间,平均高出1.90m。
Feilaixia Reservoir is a typical channel reservoir. In order to research the effect of dynamic capacity on the flood control operation, this paper uses water balance equation to calculate the differential value between each water level based on 8 floods that peak discharge over 10000m3/s. Then a functional relation formula between effective coefficient of capacity and water level is established. Based on this, the author analyzes the highest flood water level of different frequency flood appearing in different typical years. The results show that the effective coefficient of capacity increases when the water level rises;the highest flood water level calculated by the method of dynamic capacity is higher than that of static storage capacity, with the difference of water level in between 1.66 to 2.20m, 1.90m above the average water level.
