规范化^131I治疗分化型甲状腺癌 被引量:2

摘要 中华医学会核医学分会2012年全国核医学现状普查显示,2011年全国共有767个核医学专业相关科(室),开展核素治疗的医疗机构为513个,占67%;共开设病床1 297张,开展治疗的每个科室平均2.5张床位;核素治疗36.9万人次,其中治疗DTC 2.4万人次,占核素治疗人次的8%.按以上数据推算,我国每张床位1年治疗DTC 18~19人次,如仅以床位周转率计算,每张床位每年治疗约40~50人次.由于甲状腺功能亢进症(简称甲亢)和骨肿瘤的核素治疗是以门诊治疗为主,DTC应是核医学科开设病床治疗的主要疾病,所以即使在现有床位数量下,DTC131^Ⅰ治疗也还有很大的发展空间.
