摘要
目的调查大学生网络成瘾、视屏时间与心理健康的流行现状及其关联性。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法抽取合肥市某医科大学2 377名大一至大三年级学生,运用网络成瘾测试(IAT)和美国青少年危险行为监测系统(YRBS)编制的问卷调查大学生网络成瘾和视屏时间状况,分别运用青少年亚健康多维评定问卷、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对大学生心理健康进行评估;运用多因素Logistic回归模型分析网络成瘾、视屏时间与心理健康之间的关联性。结果此次调查中,大学生网络成瘾318人(13.4%),学习日视屏时间>2 h/d的371人(15.6%),周末视屏时间>2 h/d的1 071人(45.1%),男生报告率均高于女生(P值均<0.05);心理亚健康、焦虑和抑郁症状检出率分别为18.6%,13.4%和18.9%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,网络成瘾是心理亚健康、焦虑和抑郁症状的危险因素(OR值分别为4.46,4.34,3.69,P值均<0.01);学习日视屏时间>2 h/d与心理亚健康症状有关(OR=1.45,P<0.05)。结论网络成瘾和视屏时间较长现象在大学生中较为普遍,尤其是男生;网络成瘾与大学生心理健康显著相关,学习日视屏时间>2 h/d与心理亚健康症状有关,而周末视屏时间与心理健康无关联。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of Internet addiction and screen time and its association with mental health among college students. Methods A total of 2 377 college students including freshman, sophomore and junior students were recruited by stratified random sampling. Questionnaire survey was conducted to collect information on Internet addiction and screen time. Psychological sub-health, anxiety and depressive symptoms were measured by the Multidimensional Subealth Questionnaire of Adolescents ( MSQA), Self-rating Anxiety Scale [ SAS } and Self-rating Depression Scale ( SDS }, respectively. Multivariable logistic regression models were used to examine the association of Internet addiction, screen time and mental health. Results The self-reported rates of Internet addiction, screen time 〉 2 h/d on weekdays and screen time 〉2 h/d on weekends were 13.4%, 15.6% and 45.1%, respectively. About 18.6%, 13.4% and 18.9% of students had psychological sub-health, anxiety and depressive symptoms, respectively. Multivariable logistic regression analysis indicated that Internet addiction was risk factor for psychological sub-health, anxiety and depression symptoms ( OR = 4. 46, 95 % CI = 3.43- 5. 81 ; OR = 4. 34, 95 % CI = 3.27- 5.76 ; OR = 3.69, 95%CI= 2.84-4.80}. Screen time 〉2 h/d on weekdays was related to psychological sub-health( OR= 1.45, 95%CI= 1.08-1.96). Conclusion Internet addiction and screen time are growing serious among college students. Internet addiction is significantly related to mental health, screen time 〉2 h/d on weekdays is related to psychological sub-health, but this relation between screen time on weekends and mental health is not obvious.
