摘要
在我国社会主义市场经济体制改革的背景下,通过对我国职业足球管理组织机构、管理方式的特点以及管理体制的分析,以新时期我国职业足球管理体制改革为切入点,以遵循市场经济发展规律为理论依据,指出我国职业足球去行政化管理方式应以"文化教育"为依托,塑造儒家足球精神信仰、以"教练治球"为导向,转变足球治理理念、以"管办分离"为基准,厘清组织结构关系、以"简政放权"为目标,实行放权放责机制、以"协作创新"为平台,建立职业足球联盟。去行政化管理是世界职业足球发展趋势,是我国职业足球管理体制改革的关键,是未来我国职业足球通往成功的必经之路。
This study explores the characteristics of the management organizations, the management styles and the management system of Chinese professional football in the context of socialist market economic reform. With the management system in the new era as the entry point and the law of the market economy as the theoretical basis, the study points out that Chinese professional football management should seek an educational dimension and blend Confucianism with modem football, that the philosophy of football management should turn to the ＂governance-by- the-coach＂ way of thinking, that management should be separate from operation to clarify the relationships, that the decentralization mechanism should be set up, and that collaborative innovation should be encouraged, based on which to establish a professional football league.
