摘要
目的:探讨精神分裂症患者冲动行为的预测及针对性护理干预。方法:本次共选择精神分裂症患者80例作研究对象,采用激惹因子评分评估,依据所得分值高低,按冲动组(n=30)与非冲动组(n=50)划分,预测患者冲动行为,并行针对性护理干预。结果:除拒做日常事物激惹因子两组患者评分无明显差异外(P>0.05),相较非冲动组患者,冲动组患者容易发怒、不耐烦、易激动发牢骚、易生气、不如意即烦躁评分均居较高水平,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。冲动组患者冲动行为率为86.7%,明显高于非冲动组的6%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:预测精神分裂症患者冲动行为,并行针对性护理,可降低冲动事件率,保障临床安全,降低医疗纠纷,具有非常重要的实施价值,值得临床广泛推广应用。
Objective：To investigate prediction and targeted nursing interventions of impulsive behaviors of schizophrenic pa-tients. Methods：A total of 80 schizophrenic patients were selected as the research object and evaluated by irritability factor score. Ac-cording to the score level, these patients were divided into impulse group （n = 30） and non-impulse group （n = 50）. The impulsive behaviors were predicted and the targeted nursing interventions were performed. Results： There was no significant difference in refusing to do daily things factor between the two groups （P〉0. 05）. Except that, compared to non-impulsive group, the patients in impulsive group were easier to be angry, impatient, irritable, and complaining, and had higher unhappy or upset scores, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. The impulsive behavior rate of impulse group （86. 7% ） was obviously higher than that of non-im-pulse group （6% ）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The prediction and targeted nursing inter-ventions of the impulsive behaviors of the schizophrenic patients can reduce the impulse behavior rate, ensure clinical safety, reduce medical disputes, has the very important implementation values, and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
