摘要
通过对DEH侧、CCS侧一次调频回路动作特点的分析,得出两个控制回路在调节特性和时序上的差异性。在电网频率发生波动时,DEH侧调频回路的投入,确保了调频动作的快速性,而CCS侧频率校正回路的投入,能在电网频率偏离的情况下持续作用,使一次调频的能力得到加强。通过对机组现场试验结果的分析,确认此控制方案下的调节品质可满足机组安全运行的要求。
Through the analysis of action characteristics of primary frequency modulation at DEH side and CCS side, the differences of regulation characteristic and timing for the two control circuit are worked out. When power grid frequency fluctuates,the DEH side primary frequency regulation circuit was used to ensure the fast frequency action,while the CCS side frequency correction circuit was used to strengthen the ability of the primary frequency regulation in the case of the power grid frequency deviation. Through the analysis of the on-site test, the regulation quality of this control plan is proved to be able to meet the requirement of unit safe operation.
