摘要
目的利用自行设计的新型肩关节复位器，用顶腋压肘法代替传统手法治疗肩关节脱位的复位。方法我院从2011年10月至2013年10月，借助自行设计的新型肩关节复位器，完成了对68例肩关节脱位患者的手法复位；其中男48例，女20例，年龄12-71岁，平均年龄41．5岁；其中13例在患肩运用局部麻醉下完成手法复位。结果运用该复位器，对该组病例的手法复位成功率100％，无其它并发症。结论该法对肩关节脱位复位效果较好，在临床中获得了较好的临床验证，达到了预期的新型肩关节复位器的设计和临床治疗目的。
Objective To explore the use of self-designed new shoulder reset device, taking place of the traditional method of top-axillary pressure elbow shoulder dislocation reset manipulative therapy. Methods In our hospital from October 2011 to October 2013, with the help of newly designed shoulder reset device, axillary pressure elbow with top law were completed in 68 cases of patients with shoulder dislocation manipulative reduction; including 48 males and 20 females, aged from 12 to 71 years, mean age of 41.5 years;13 patients suffering from shoulder to complete under local anesthesia using manual reduction. Result Using this reduction, manual reduction success rate of the group was 100%, without any complications. Conclusion This method is safe and easy for operating, with better effect in right shoulder dislocation reduction, its unique advantages in the clinic obtained clinical validation, achieving the expected new shoulder reset design and clinical treatment purposes.
