摘要
本科人才培养在整个高等教育人才培养体系中居基础地位,目前我国本科人才培养存在的突出问题是人才培养模式滞后于经济社会发展的需要,未能与社会需求实现很好对接。探索我国高校本科人才培养模式的优化路径对提高人才培养质量至关重要。优化本科人才培养模式应从制度上、机制上保证教师安于教学、乐于教学;同时应唤醒教师的职业道德和教育责任意识;在教学实施中,应注重优化学生的思维结构,培养学生的学科思维习惯。
Undergraduate education plays a role of dominance in the whole higher education training system, the outstanding issue in undergraduate education now in China is that the education mode lags behind the economic and social development needs. It is most important to explore the optimal paths for training undergraduates. In order to optimize the mode of educating, we should start from the top design, that is to say, to design the mechanism which would ensure the teachers to feel relief in teaching and enjoy themselves in teaching. In the meanwhile, it is also necessary to strengthen the professional ethics education among teachers, and waken up their consciousness of responsibility for the students and for the country. As for the teaching strategy and teaching method,teachers should focus on optimizing the students' thinking structure, training the students' effective discipline thinking habit, enhancing the students' ability to solve problems efficiently.
