摘要
目的:探讨血浆血小板活化因子(PAF)水平与感染性重症监护病房(ICU)患者病情严重程度及预后的关系。方法:选取75例感染性ICU患者作为观察组,同期选取66例健康体检者作为对照组,比较两组患者血浆PAF水平的差异,计算急性生理与慢性健康评分(APACHE)、序贯器官功能衰竭评分(SOFA),分析血浆PAF水平与APACHEⅡ评分、SOFA评分的关系,并按住院期间患者的预后状况将患者分为存活组和死亡组,两组比较上述指标的差异。结果 :观察组血浆PAF水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析发现,血浆PAF水平与APACHEⅡ评分、SOFA评分呈正相关。存活组患者血浆PAF水平与APACHEⅡ评分、SOFA评分均明显低于死亡组(P<0.05)。结论 :血浆PAF与感染性ICU患者病情严重程度及预后具有明显的相关性,血浆PAF可作为患者病情程度和预后状况的评估指标。
Objective： To investigate the relationship between plasma levels of platelet activating factor （PAF） and the disease severity and prognosis of the infectious intensive care unit （ICU） patients. Methods：Seventy-ifve cases of ICU patients were selected as an observation group and 66 cases of people conducted health examination were selected as a control group. The difference of plasma PAF level were compared between two groups and the acute physiology and chronic health evaluation （APACHE） and the sequential organ failure assessment （SOFA） were calculated so as to analyze the relationship between the levels of plasma PAF and APACHE II score and SOFA score. The patients were divided into a survival group and a death group according to the prognosis during hospitalization. The differences in the indexes mentioned above were compared. Results：The plasma PAF level was signiifcantly higher in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Spearman correlation analysis showed that plasma PAF level was positively correlated to APACHE score and SOFA score. The plasma PAF level, APACHE score and SOFA score were signiifcantly lower in the survival group than in the death group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Plasma PAF is obviously correlated to the disease severity and prognosis of ICU patients and can be used as an evaluation index for the disease severity and prognosis of patient.
