摘要
实训基地是培养学生职业素养和就业竞争力的重要途径。以运城学院旅游管理专业为例，采用问卷调查数据，对实训基地建设中存在的问题进行研究。结果表明，旅游管理专业实训基地建设，存在诸如实训师资配置不足、实训体系不健全等问题，导致学生对实训目的认识产生了偏差，进而造成了实训效果不明显、实训目的不明确等问题。对此，提出了基于工作情境模拟的实训基地建设的建议。
Training base is an important way to develop students＇ professional quality and competitiveness. However, there are still many problems existing in the training base construction of tourism management professional. This paper, taking the tourism management of Yuncheng University as an example, using the work scenario simulation theory and survey data, analysis the problems in training base construction. The results show that there are many problems in training base construction, such as the building of training base, the disposition of training teachers and the influencing factors of training effect and so on. The problems in the current tourism management training base construction make professional students misunderstand the purpose of training, which cause the problems of the inconspicuous training effect, undefined aim of training and so on. At last, some recommendations were provided to solve the training base construction with work-based scenario simulation.
