摘要
三期辨治可逆性后部白质脑病综合征,即早期活血化瘀利水,中期益气活血利水,晚期以健脾补肾、活血利水,活血化瘀贯穿其治疗始终,临床上每获良效。
Three-phase syndrome differentiation and treatment of reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome namely, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and diuresis in the early stage, tonifying qi, activating blood and diuresis in the middle stage, invigorating spleen and kidney, promoting blood circulation and diuresis in the late stage, emphasis on promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis throughout the course of the treatment and each case obtains good effect in clinical.
