摘要
实验研究了碳纤维、玄武岩纤维及其不同混杂比增强乙烯基树脂复合筋的张拉力学性能。结果表明,混杂复合筋的断裂应变随玄武岩纤维含量的增加逐渐增大,且均大于单一碳纤维复合筋的断裂应变,呈现正的混杂效应;弹性模量则随碳纤维相对含量的增大而增大,基本符合混合定律,而混杂筋的拉伸强度的实验值则高于理论值。
In this paper,the tension performances of carbon fiber,basalt fiber and their different hybridization reinforced vinyl ester composite tendons were experimentally studied.The test results show that the fracture strain of the hybrid composite tendons increased when the basalt fibers increase gradually,and was higher than that of single carbon fiber composite tendons,showing a positive hybrid effect.But the elastic modulus of the hybrid composite tendons increased if carbon fibers was increased,basically following the law of mixture,while the experimental value of the tensile strength of hybrid composite tendons was higher than the theoretical value.
