摘要
文中通过对我国内河船舶污染物管理要求、接收处置现状及污染源在线监测系统在我国其他行业发展应用状况进行分析,研究探讨了污染源在线监测系统在我国内河船舶污染监管应用的可行性,该系统推广存在的问题并提出相关建议意见。
The paper analyzes the requirements for the control of roland river ship pollutants, the existing conditions of the reception and disposal, and the development and application of the on-line monitoring system for pollution sources in other industries. It studies the feasibility of applying the system in the control of inland ship pollution in China as well as the potential problems with the application and promotion of the system and puts forward relevant suggestions.
