摘要
本文说明了设计开发阶段在电子装备质量特性形成过程的重要性,阐述了设计开发质量对其整套装备质量与可靠性的影响,主要分析了有关设计开发阶段的设计质量问题,探讨了产生装备设计研发质量问题的根源及其环境因素,结合装备质量监督检验工作实践,提出了电子装备设计开发阶段有关质量问题的管控方法与对策,从而有利于提高电子装备的设计开发质量与质量监督的能力。
This paper describes essentiality of the design and development stage in electronic equipment quality characteristics formation process, expounds influence of design and development quality to quality and reliability of equipment package, analyses quality problem in design and development stage, and discusses the roots and environmental factors of R ＆ D quality problem. Combining with the practice of quality supervision and inspection, the paper proposes quality problem controlling method and strategy in design and development stage, which will help improve development quality and quality supervision capacity of electronic equipment.
