摘要
为了解决传统证据推理方法中很难实现概念设计阶段权值确定且完全的问题,提出一种决策新方法.受物理规划法中偏好函数思想的启发,采用三角模糊数进行目标属性的模糊标度,创新地提出了一种反偏好函数法来确定权值,依据偏好区间的划分确定评价等级区间,并利用证据推理法、评价等级、概率分配函数及效用值等思想进行了方案的评价决策工作.最后通过实例验证了方法的可行性及其在定量描述决策者主观判断上的不确定性和不完全性的优势.结果表明,在概念设计阶段可以利用这种方法将模糊语言权值转化为具体权值,顺利实现有效评价.
To overcome the difficulty of obtaining the complete and determined weight value at the conceptual design stage in traditional evidential reasoning approach,a new designing scheme was proposed.Based on the inspiration from preference function in physical programming evaluation method,the triangular fuzzy number was used to determine the fuzzy scale of target property,and an anti-preference function was innovatively proposed to determine the weight value.The evaluation grade range was determined based on the divided preferences interval.The knowledges of evidential reasoning evaluation grade,probability distribution function and utility value were adopted to realize the multi-attribute decision-making(MADM).The example was given to verify the feasibility and the superiority on quantitative description of the uncertain and incomplete subjective evaluation of the new method.The results show that the fuzzy language value can be transformed into confirmed one by the proposed method at the conceptual design stage,and the effective evaluation is realized successfully.
