摘要
吉源煤矿620平硐设计长度4 814.3m,采用平硐与主副斜井对掘的方式贯通。贯通前,平硐采用单风机大直径柔性风筒压入式局部通风技术;选用FBD No7.1/2×45kW型局部通风机,配备φ800-φ1000mm风筒;并采取相关配套措施,加强通风管理,最长独头通风距离达4 587.3m,打破了单风机单巷独头掘进通风距离一般不超过3 500m的限制,保证了掘进期间的供风需求和施工安全。
A designed length of No.620 Adit in Jiyuan Mine was 4814.3m and the adit and the mine main and auxiliary inclined shaft were connected with a end to end forward heading method.Before the connection completed,the adit was ventilated with a large diameter flexible duct forced local ventilation technology with a single fan.A FBD No7.1/2×45kW mode Local fan was applied with φ800~φ1 000 mm ventilation duct.With relevant matched measures and enhanced ventilation management,a max one-way ventilation distance was 4587.3m and broken a limit of a single roadway one-way heading with a ventilation distance not over 3500 m with a single fan.Thus the ventilation requirements and the construction safety were ensured during the adit heading period.
