摘要
针对传统的负流量控制技术功率可调节范围窄的弊端,提出负流量极限负荷控制系统,利用电控极限功率调节技术,可有效提高液压泵的功率利用率。并在某公司生产的液压挖掘机上进行试验验证,取得良好效果。
To improve the disadvantages of narrow adjustment range in power of traditional negative flow control method,a negative flow limiting load control system was presented. The power availability of the hydraulic pump was improved by utilizing the electronic limit power adjustment technology. Good results are obtained based on the experiment on a hydraulic excavator produced by a certain company.
