摘要
组织中员工的工作退缩行为是指员工在工作场所中实施的意在远离组织的态度或行为反应。本文基于对已有相关文献的回顾,首先阐述了工作退缩行为的概念内涵和内容结构,然后介绍了工作退缩行为的测量方法,接下来从不同视角梳理和归纳了工作退缩行为的影响因素以及影响效果,最后就未来的研究方向提出了简要展望。
Work withdrawal behavior is a kind of behavioral or attitudinal response of the organization members, which aims at increase their distance from organization. Based on a review of existing related literature, this paper analyzes the connotation and structure of work withdrawal behavior at first. Then introduces the measurement of work withdrawal behavior and analyzes the antecexlents and consequences of work withdrawal behavior from different perspectives. Finally, it provide a brief expectation for future research of work withdrawal behavior.
