摘要 建立了一种分析仲丁基苯(SBB)氧化体系组成的方法,即采用GC法分析SBB氧化体系中SBB、苯乙酮、2-苯基-2-丁醇的含量;采用HPLC和碘量电位滴定相结合的方法分析该体系中过氧化氢仲丁基苯(SBBHP)的含量。由于SBBHP的化学性质不稳定,需经萃取净化后才能确定响应时间。同时考察了GC、HPLC以及碘量电位滴定的分析条件。实验结果表明,SBB、苯乙酮、2-苯基-2-丁醇、SBBHP的标准工作曲线的线性关系良好,线性相关系数分别为0.999,0.998,0.996,0.995,相对标准偏差均小于1.36%。准确度实验结果表明,4种组分的回收率在95%-101%之间。该组合分析方法准确、便捷且分析周期短,可为其他烃类氧化体系的定量分析提供借鉴。 A method for analysis of the composition of the sec-butyl-benzene(SBB) oxidation system was established,in which high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was combined with potentiometric titration to analyze sec-butyl-benzene hydroperoxide(SBBHP) in the products and gas chromatograph(GC) was used to analyze SBB,acetophenone and 2-phenyl-2-butanol in the products. SBBHP must be extracted to determine its response time due to its easy decomposition. The GC and HPLC conditions were investigated by experiments,and the potentiometric titration conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiments. The correlation coefficients of the standard working curves of SBB,acetophenone,2-phenyl-2-butanol and SBBHP are 0.999,0.998,0.996 and 0.995,respectively. Precision experiments showed that all the relative standard deviations of the analyses for SBB,acetophenone,2-phenyl-2-butanol and SBBHP were less than 1.36%. The recoveries of all the components were between 95% and 101%.
