摘要
应用高效液相色谱法测定废水中的苯含量,预处理简单。本文对测定过程的不确定度的主要来源进行分析、评定,计算出合成不确定度。结果表明:高效液相色谱法测定废水中的苯含量,其不确定度主要来源于稀释因子和液相色谱仪,其次来源于标准样品浓度和待测样品峰响应值。
The pretreatment of determination of benzene in wastewater by high performance liquid chromatography is simple. In this paper,the main source of uncertainty in the determination process was analyzed and evaluated, and the synthetic uncertainty was calculated. The results showed that the uncertainty of this method mainly comes from dilution factor and liquid chromatograph, secondly from the concentration of standard sample and the peak response values of unknown sample.
