摘要
应用基于特征的三维软件ProE对耙吸挖泥船耙中吊架进行建模、有限元分析和运动仿真研究,提出吊架参数化、可视化的设计思路,并总结了ProE用于吊架设计分析的优点。结果表明:ProE的应用是提高吊架设计效率,保证设计质量行之有效的方法。
This paper carries out the modeling, ifnite element analysis and motion simulation study of the gantry for the trailing suction hopper dredgers based on the characterized 3D software ProE. It puts forward the design concept of the parameterization and visualization of gantry, and summarizes the advantages of the application of ProE to the design and analysis of gantry. The results show that the application of ProE is effective to improve gantry design effciency and ensure the design quality.
