摘要
分布式视频编码(DVC)是一种编码简单、解码复杂的视频编码方案,适用于计算能力与能量受限的WMSN节点。分析了目前性能较好的DISCOVER DVC方案以及视频传感器节点的能耗模型,研究分布式视频编码方案的对节点数据处理和传输能耗的影响。通过实验仿真的方式对比H.264帧内编码方案与DVC方案,分析H.264帧内编码视频编码方案和DISCOVER DVC方案在节点数据处理和传输方面的能耗特点。实验结果表明,与H.264帧内编码方案相比,DISCOVER DVC方案可以降低视频传感器节点的能耗。
Because WMSN' s energy is limited, it is necessary to improve energy efficiency of WMSN nodes to maximize prolong the lifeeyele of lhe network. The Distributed Video Coding which is simple in coding and eomplexily in decoding is suitable for WMSN nodes with limited eomputing power and energy. Then it analyzes the DISCOVER I)VC program which has a better performance and energy consumption model of the video sensor node. Then, it eompares the energy consumption of H. 264 intra-frame coding scheme and the DVC scheme through simulation to analyze the data processing and transmission energy consumption of these two schemes. The results show that the DVC scheme can effeclively reduce The energy consumption of the video sensor node.
