摘要
以总费用最小为目标研究了纺丝组件最佳更换周期。建立了纺丝组件清洗更换周期调度问题的动态规划方法模型,并用Matlab7.0软件进行求解。实验结果表明,该算法优于传统方法,证明了该方法的有效性和实用价值。
The object for the least total cost was studied about the optimal replacing cycle that minimizes the total cost.A dynamic programming model for spinpacks cyclic replacing was built and the solution to the above model was implemented by using MATLAB7.0.The experimental results show that this algorithm outperforms previous methods and illustrates its effectiveness and feasibility.
