受精第三天卵裂速度较快胚胎移植后的妊娠结局观察

摘要 本文通过比较受精第3天卵裂速度较快胚胎和卵裂速度正常胚胎移植后的妊娠结局,发现受精第3天移植卵裂速度较快胚胎的临床妊娠率、着床率和活产率均有不同程度地下降(P<0.05),但仍可维持在一定水平,同时并不出现流产率的显著性增加,提示临床助孕治疗中卵裂速度较快胚胎可以作为无卵裂速度正常胚胎或者卵裂速度正常胚胎数目不足时胚胎移植的一个选择。
