摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下电动切削治疗鼻咽部囊肿的疗效。方法鼻咽部囊肿患者16例,均采用全身静脉复合麻醉,于鼻内镜引导下应用电动切削器行鼻咽部囊肿切除术,术后随访观察手术效果及复发情况。结果术中及术后均未发生并发症;术后患者鼻咽部异物感及鼻咽部分泌物流入口咽和鼻塞、耳闷、耳鸣症状均消失;6例术后失访,10例随访6个月~5a,局部黏膜正常,上皮层完全修复,未见鼻咽部异常新生物。结论鼻内镜下电动切削治疗鼻咽部囊肿疗效满意。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of electric stryker instrument under endoscopy to treat nasopharyngeal cyst.Methods Sixteen cases of nasopharyngeal cyst were treated by stryker under general anesthesia,and were followed up the effect and recurrence.Results No complications were found in operation and after operation.The symptoms disappeared after operation,as nasopharyngeal foreign body sensation,nasopharyngeal secretions flowing into oropharyngeal cavity,rhinocleisis,aural fullness and tinnitus.Six cases were missed follow-up,and 10 cases were followed up for 6 months to 5years.The local mucosa turned normal,epithelial layer was fully repaired,and no nasopharyngeal neoplasm was found.Conclusion Stryker instrument under endoscopy can achieve a satisfactory result for nasopharyngeal cyst.
