摘要
针对庞大的住宅用户,传统的住宅人工报修方式已难以达到快速、准确地处理要求。为方便用户的信息反馈、缓解保障压力、科学有效地安排人员维修、提高办事效率,需开发网上保修系统。文中在WAMP开发环境下,通过ThinkPHP框架,开发了基于Web的住宅网上报修系统,并介绍了开发本系统所用的关键技术、系统结构及数据库设计。通过系统的投入运行,提高了基建部门的维修效率。
In view of the huge resident population in south campus,traditional way of artificial service can not satisfy the requirement of rapid and accurate processing. For the convenience of the user＇s information feedback,alleviate the pressure of the huge security,scientific and effective arrangement of personnel work,improve efficiency,need to develope the Repair application system based on Web. Through the ThinkPHP framework,The paper describe the development of the Repair application system,which was based on WAMP Environment,and expond the key technologies,system structure and the database design. Now the system has been launched into practical operation,improve the infrastructure sector repair efficiency.
