摘要
采用铁尾矿砂作骨料,42.5级普通硅酸盐水泥作为胶凝材料,制备了掺入不同质量比乳化沥青的水泥尾矿砂浆试件,进行了不同龄期的力学性能等试验,得到了掺乳化沥青水泥-尾矿砂浆的强度、荷载-变形曲线、吸水性等指标。试验结果与相同条件下水泥砂浆结果进行了对比分析。结果显示:掺乳化沥青后水泥尾矿砂的强度随乳化沥青掺量增加而降低,但是,其变形性能得到明显提高;此外,掺乳化沥青的尾矿砂浆,其吸水率降低、抗渗性能明显提高,因此,建议在东北和西北等季节性冻融地区,尾矿砂作为道路等绿化砖的制备,可以考虑添加一定量的乳化沥青来提高其抵抗冻融破坏的能力。研究对提高尾矿砂的综合利用具有参考意义。
The experiments are conducted on the specimens that are made of iron tailings,which is used as the aggregate,ordinary Portland cement-425#,which is used as the binding material and different percentage of emulsified asphalt.The mechanical properties of specimens of different ages are tested and the strength,the curve of load-deformation and the water absorption are measured.Under the same conditions,compared with the results of tests on specimens made of cement mortar,the results indicate that the strength of the test specimens increases with the fall of the proportion of emulsified asphalt,while the deformation performance improves dramatically.In addition,if the raw materials are mixed with emulsified asphalt,the water absorption of the test specimens will decrease,whereas the impermeability of that improved remarkably.Consequently,it is advised to add some emulsified asphalt to raw materials to improve the roads' ability of resistance to freezing and thawing damage,specifically in the north-east and north-west regions where the ground freezes and thaws with the alternating of different seasons.This research can be reference for improving the comprehensive utilization of tailings.
