摘要
本文采用了钢板生产工艺追溯的手段,结合夹杂物、金相显微组织检测,对S355J2+N探伤不合进行了分析,结果表明:钢板中存在的微裂纹和裂纹是探伤不合的直接原因。
This research mainly studies the main cause of ultrasonic test defects via trace back to the production process,in combination with the inclusions and metallographic structure from examination.Results indicate that micro-cracks and craks presence in the plate is the main cause to the defects.
